NewGen’s project team is made up of supervisors, operators and labourers that are fully qualified and competent to complete a multiple range of projects and scope with safety and quality being priority one. With the changes in the economy and industry over the last few years, there has been a shortage of experienced and skilled labour. Working closely with our partners and communities we are part of, we will be able to stay ahead of industry demand. NewGen will use its experience and expertise to help grow and train new employees as the industry requires. We have been fortunate to have hired some of the best staff in the area that have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Below is a table of our key personnel that are a big part of NewGen’s success and future.
Blake Quinney
President, General Manager
Blake’s engineering background, local knowledge and vast experience in the oil and gas industry gives NewGen an advantage over other local contractors in the area. He is known for his hard work and honesty, with his leadership, NewGen can become one of the most versatile and reliable contractors in Alberta and B.C.
Ryan Lefebvre
Director, Business Development
Ryan has over 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry including seismic and civil earthworks projects. He works closely with Blake on the business development and provides support as required.
Marvin Lefebvre
Director, Corporate Finance
Marvin brings over 40 years of experience in the oil gas and industry including owning and operating a successful business for over 20 years. Marvin provides NewGen Projects financial stability and allows the company to grow and develop as required based on client needs and demand.
We are a diverse group of individuals that includes successful business development and over 40 years of oil and gas experience with vast amounts of local and provincial experience. Our relationships are built on trust, we act with integrity, keep our word, and respect the situations around us. Our strength is in the power of our collaboration and teamwork. We believe in providing quality and value to our clients and the communities we strive to become part of.
Our goal is for NewGen to become entrenched in our local communities by providing employment opportunities and supporting local organizations throughout the area. Building on these relationships will allow NewGen to provide safe, quality and cost-efficient service for our clients.

NewGen Projects has certified COR Safety and we are a member of ISN and Complyworks. We hold $5,000,000 of general liability Insurance which can be increased or modified as required. All documentation can be provided upon request.
